Welcome to Krain's "Investors Corner".  Follow the instructions below for access to the up-to-date foreclosure list.  For those investors who have specific investment criteria, fill out the new member form with your specific criteria.  A custom search will be set-up within 48 hours.

Time is of the essence.  These properties go fast!  Purchasing pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties can be difficult, yet rewarding.  You must have an advocate at your side.  If a property matches your criteria, contact us immediately to schedule a showing or request more information.

Once logged in:     

      Step 2: Select one of the 3 links next to each group to view properties:

               a. New Properties / Most Recent
                  - displays the most recently sent group of properties

            b. All Properties 
                  - displays all properties within a specific search group

            c. History
                  - displays properties by date/time sent

The properties available in these search criteria are general area searches.  Specific property types are separated within certain areas.  If you have a specific area that you invest in, simply fill out the new member form so we may customize your search.  Your membership entitles you to preferential notification of "prime properties."

Your search can be tailored to include Cap Rate, Gross Rent Multiplier, area, total number of units, and any other requirements you may have.

*all searches will run twice daily at 5am and 5pm
