If you have been on the fence about pulling the trigger on a real estate purchase....DO IT NOW. Many of our clients have been trying to time the market and are waiting for "the right time". There is no exact science to making the perfect purchase and there is never really the perfect time to buy or sell. There are several reasons to purchase now. Prices are stabilizing and rates are still at historic lows, developers are pulling back the reigns on new construction and ultimately slowing down the amount of product available and ultimately meeting the amount of demand (the sign of an upswing), and sellers are far more realistic and willing to negotiate than ever before. Additionally, rental rates are on the rise and make investment property purchase an extremely smart idea. We are at the bottom of a rebounding housing market, despite what we hear from sensational media outlets.
