Cook County Predatory Lending Database Program

On July 1, 2008 implementation of the Anti-Predatory Lending Database Program will occur by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

The purpose of this program is to reduce predatory lending practices by assisting the borrower in understanding the terms and conditions of the loan for which he or she has applied. The act does not prohibit any type of loan. It is solely the borrower’s decision whether to proceed.

Financial counseling is a brilliant way to handle the issue on predatory lending because it helps consumers to be aware, and with awareness comes better decisions. It will regulate the loan providers from letting people borrow money beyond their means. That’s a brilliant idea. I also found some very informative articles about predatory lending here. http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/index.php?s=predatory&Submit=Search

The best thing about obtaining a cash advance online is that they can help you get out of a temporary financial bind, often on the same day of approval.

Additionally, an increasing number of low fee payday loan lenders are allowing clients to back their online payday loans in installments rather than paying the entire thing on their next payday.  This means that you can get a helping hand not only in bridging the gap between paydays, but also in getting on the right foot towards a brighter financial future.

Cash advance companies welcome the opportunity to help out someone, even when they have no where else to turn.
